Can Mentalists Read Your Mind? Magic Versus Reality

In the first article it was presented the real meaning of magic, but didn't reach mentalism because time was limited. Therefore, this article will tackle mentalism. Similarly with magic, mentalists cannot really read your mind and your thoughts. But, they are specialists in tricks which will be presented soon. After you find out more about these tricks you can easily perform mentalist routines with other like them.
But what about great routines? Those when a mentalist chooses someone in the audience, asks him to take an object from his pocket. Meanwhile, the mentalist is turned around, he stares at the object, thinks what it might be, and asks the person to put it back. Suddenly, the mentalist turn around, goes into a little trance and tells what the object as.
Once again, this just a parlor trick as many others. For those who love this trick is not recommended to tell the solution, but there are many sources which provide great information about stuff like this. There are many people who really enjoy such shows and some are intrigued because nothing of this is truly real.
Even if you believe it or not, there is no such thing as magic. Plus, nobody can read your mind, thoughts or see what you have your pocket without using a trick. Besides the mentalist, the assistants are crucial. With their help, the mentalist would not be able to do "magic". And without them, they would be just fill the crowd and watch the show.
